Since we‘re an upcoming brand with limited quantities and self production, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges at the moment. If there is an error on our end (due to wrong size or a damaged product), please email us at INFO@STAYBOLDNEVERFOLD.COM and we will try our best to resolve your issue.
Stay Bold Never Fold will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered for any reason.
SHIPPING
We solely use USPS to ship all packages. For orders within the United States, we use USPS Ground shipping and/or Priority mail. For Canada & soon to be worldwide, we will also use USPS International Economy which can take 7-14 business days to deliver. We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as we can, but please allow up to 7 business days to receive shipping confirmation. Stay Bold Never Fold is not responsible for paying additional VAT (value added taxes) charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost.
In addition to receiving future packages; StayBoldNeverFold is NOT responsible for any lost and/or stolen packages from doorstep / mailboxes.
